This luscious vintage 1940s suit is made of 100% wool with a black and  white nubby-ish tweed, large shoulder pads and generous armholes. It has a detachable white pique collar. The suit has a wasp-waist reminiscent of the Victorian era, especially the peplum and the longer pointed back. Double breasted front closure with unique gunmetal silver ball buttons.

The skirt is a pencil style with double pleats at the hem, very flattering. It has the original paper tag stuck inside the jacket. 

The only flaw it has is that there are a few tiny, tiny moth holes, a few on the jacket and a few on the skirt, but they are very unnoticeable. 

Skirt is unlined, jacket is lined.
